Most focused repair visits are handled in a standard block of time — enough to knock out a specific issue or a small punch list without rushing.
Our standard visit minimum is $399, which covers travel, setup, and the first block of on-site time for typical repair work.

- Additional time or larger projects are quoted before we proceed.
- Materials can be homeowner-supplied or sourced for you at cost plus sourcing.
